PPWR Compliance
With the entry into force of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR – Regulation (EU) 2025/40), Connec3 supports its customers in preparing technical documentation for wooden packaging.
For the solid wood products supplied by Connec3, we make the following documents available upon request:
- PPWR Supplier Material Declaration
- REACH & Chemical Compliance Statement
Together with our FSC®-, PEFC- and ISPM 15 certificates, these documents can be used to support the technical documentation prepared by the packaging manufacturer or other economic operator placing the packaging on the European market.
Upon request, we can also provide additional order-specific information, such as product specifications, certification details or other available material information.
Important: The documentation provided relates exclusively to the wood materials supplied by Connec3. It does not constitute an EU Declaration of Conformity for the finished packaging.
Responsibility for the conformity assessment, technical documentation and, where applicable, the EU Declaration of Conformity rests with the manufacturer or other economic operator placing the packaging on the European market.
